Who is Balogun Ade bright?

Balogun Ade Bright is a young man from Mopa in Mopamuro LGA of Kogi State whose ideology about life and leadership is focus on human development. He is a known Development Practitioner whose testimony is well known by the youth across his local Government, his state and Nigeria as a whole. As his name suggest, he is very bright and focused in his dealings.

Birth and Early Life

Mr Balogun Ade Bright was born on August 30th in the early 80's to the family of Pa Elijah Balogun of Ileteju Mopa in Mopamuro LGA of Kogi state. He grew up alongside his siblings in Bolorunduro  street Ileteju, Mopa, where he made a lot of childhood friends

Education

The young Ade started his educational journey at Baptist MLGEA Primary School, Ileteju Mopa. He proceeded to ECWA Secondary School, Mopa where he graduated as one of the best student in his set. Due to his ardent desire to be a successful man, Ade continue his pursue for academic excellence at Kogi State University, Anyigba, where he obtained Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Economics in the year 2006. Not satisfied with this privilege, he went further to enrol in an online certificate course on Government Economic Policy.

Ade had attended several other professional training as an economist.

Work     

Before the call to public service, Mr Balogun Ade bright had worked in many organization and the track record of excellent had been recorded. He worked as 

technical adviser to the chairperson Dorcas Tabitha foundation;an humanitarian NGO, he had also served as the Chief Operating Officer(COO) of Northwood travel;an international accredited travel and tour company. Following his Landmark achievement in his place of assignment, he was appointed as the spokesman of delex movement

Political Career

Balogun Ade Bright Political Career has been one of the most sacrificial aspect of his life, which has made him to take a lot of risk and sacrifice in order to serve his people. He has been quoted severally as saying *_"I have grown so tired of seeing our youth been undeveloped as a result of bad leadership, my sole aim in politics is to opens door of opportunity to the general populace and to right the wrong in our political setting"

His sterling qualities and uncommon display of humility endeared him to the people to trust him with various offices ranging from when he was in the university till date. A summary of his Political journey include

- Ass. Secretary General, Nigeria Economic Students Association, Kogi State chapter (2004)

- Special Assistant on culture and tourism to the Governor of Kogi State (2012-2016)

- Spokesman  Forum of Special Assistant to the Governor of Kogi State( 2012-2016) ;Where he initiated kogi cultural carnival

-National coordinator of CUPP Vanguard

- State Coordinator of Grassroots Transformation Ambassador

Awards

Balogun Ade Bright had left an indelible mark on the sand of time in the various political offices he has represented which the people into  turn deem it fit to encourage him with awards such as 

- Leadership Award Okun Youth Vanguard ( 2015)

- Award of Excellence by Kogi State Confluence V Carnival 2014

-UN International Youth Day Award of excellence by Africa Media Roundtable Initiative (AMRI)

Mr Ade service to humanity has clearly affirm the popular quote of Martin Luther King Jnr, which is "If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep so well that heavens shall say, here was a street sweeper"

He had worked tremendously to surpassed the expectations of people on him, thus many have echoed it that if he is given higher MANDATE he will do better.

The young Optimist hobbies include watching TV, Reading, writing, travelling and meeting people. Ade is a Chelsea Fan.
