BE A GOOD AMBASSADOR OF CHRIST AND MEDITATE THE WORDS OF GOD ALWAYS ~ HON. RISIKAT AJOKE ADEGEYE

It was an awesome and overwhelming atmosphere when the First Baptist Church (Champions Cathedral) Festac Town celebrated this year Annual Thanksgiving Service,  tagged: REJOICE.

The occasion was graced by Hon. Risikat Ajoke Adegeye, the incoming Member House of Representatives for Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency, who happened to be the Chairman of the harvest for two consecutive term which over the years her activities as the Chairman has been exceptional due to her charismatic chairmanship. She was accompanied by Hon. Akeem Bello, Member Lagos State House of Assembly, Amuwo Odofin Constituency 2.

In her words, she advised Christians particularly members of the church to be good ambassadors of Christ, always meditate the word of God and that the Bible should be our guardian in all our daily activities as Christians and true worshipers of God, She advised the Church to be peace loving people and also pray for our dear country Nigeria.

"Rejoicing in the Lord is key to the soul and the heart must be happy always no matter the situation we found ourselves, I pray that the joy of the Lord will not seize from each and everyone of us in Jesus Mighty Name", Adegeye prayed. 

The occasion also witnessed the presence of the first lady and the wife of the Executive Chairman Amuwo Odofin LGA Mrs Buraimoh and other important dignitaries.

In a concerted effort to promote the image of APC and to brighten the chances of all candidates of APC in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency, Hon. Adegeye also was a guest at St. James Catholic Church Kirikiri and Anglican Church at Oriade LCDA where Hon. Akeem Bello was the chairman of the occasion.

The presiding priest Rev. Father Cletus Udoh who openly commended Hon. Adegeye being a promise keeper and for fulfilling all her promises to the church since years back, however commended the humanitarian acts of the woman of all and admonished her not to rest on her oars as she journey to the green chamber.

At Baptist Church 23rd Festac Town, Pastor Victor Akerele encouraged the APC House of Representatives flag bearer not to relent on her good deeds to humanity, hinging her victory at the primary to the faithfulness of God irrespective of any obstacles.

"I have no other God except the Alpha and the Omega, no amount spent on God's work can be too much" Hon. Adegeye Concluded.

NCC to Increase Price of Data to 250MB for N1000

NCC to Increase Data tariff way back in the month of May, there were reports that the prices for data bundles and calls will be increased if Section 24 of cyber crime 2015 Act is implemented.Now, the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) is preparing a data price list which will be released soon, as confirmed by the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC, Prof. Umar Danbatta.If the Cyber crime Prohibition and Prevention Act 2015 are eventually implemented, it won't be funny at all because we'll be paying upto 4 times more than what we're paying now for monthly data.We’ll likely be getting 250MB for N1000 with 30 days validity and 10MB data plan at N100 to last you for a day, while calls may be charged at 1naira/sec.The new price may not correspond exactly with the one stated above, but what is sure is that it'll increase and you shouldn't expect anything cheaper than what you're currently paying for data.We've seen so many weird steps the government in some Afri...
